We typically batch and ship donations every 2 weeks. This keeps deliveries organized for your team, reduces shipping costs, and avoids a constant stream of small packages.

You are fully in control. Request your preferred delivery frequency when you set up your account, and we can always adjust it later for specific delivery days, higher volume, urgent needs, or campaign spikes.

You are notified for every donation on the platform, by email, and via push notifications if you download the app. And yes, you can track everything: each shipment includes a live tracking link, and you can see the estimated delivery date and every order's status in your Deliveries section.
