Givelink Inc operates the Givelink Platform, including the donor interface and the Charity Interface for nonprofits. The Platform connects donors, nonprofits, and suppliers to facilitate transparent in-kind donations of goods.
By using our Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services, ensure transparency, and comply with applicable laws.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Donors: name, email address, payment confirmation details, selected nonprofit, and donation history.
- Nonprofits: organization name, EIN, contact name, email, phone, delivery address, and images uploaded as delivery confirmations.
- Suppliers: contact and payment details related to purchase orders.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device information, and usage statistics;
- access times, error logs, and referring URLs;
- cookie identifiers and analytics data.
2.3 Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate our Platform. These may include:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google Analytics / Firebase (analytics)
- Meta / Facebook SDK (login or advertising)
- AWS or equivalent (hosting and infrastructure)
- Mail delivery services (notifications and receipts)
These providers may process and store data in the United States or other jurisdictions.

Despite our efforts, no online system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under that age.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.
