Every tag becomes a real item a donor can claim in one click. No tree in a mall entrance, no tags going missing, no wondering whether the gift behind tag 47 is ever coming back.

Over 100 nonprofits across the US and Europe use Givelink to collect the goods they need.

You know the pain. We built the fix.

Most in-kind tools were never designed for nonprofits. They were designed for gift registries. Here's what changes with Givelink.

Today

Amazon, other wishlists, drop-offs.

Donors disappear after giving

No access to donor information. You can't reach back to them. They're left wondering if anything happened.

Surprise packages at your door

Boxes show up unannounced. You guess what's inside, who sent it, and where it goes.

No tax-deductible receipts

Current methods make it difficult to create or send tax-deductible receipts back to donors.

Not built for giving

Amazon, Chewy, and Target are leaders in e-commerce, but they weren't designed with donors or nonprofits in mind.

With Givelink

A platform built for you and donors.

Donors stay engaged

See names, emails, and what they gave. Reach back anytime to thank, update, or re-engage.

Batched deliveries, when you want them

You set the pace. Items arrive in scheduled batches according to your preferences.

Tax-deductible receipts on autopilot

Issued automatically to donors the moment a gift arrives. You can access them and keep track.

Built for donors & nonprofits

E-commerce is the medium. The most human, meaningful giving experience is our product.

Here’s what accomplished nonprofit professionals said about Givelink.

Givelink has truly changed the way we think about in-kind donations. We're grateful to utilize a platform that makes philanthropy accessible while staying user-friendly and easy to navigate. And, it's refreshing to partner with people who care so much about our work and the impact their product makes in our community!

Hayley Walker

Associate Director of Development - Real Options for City Kids (R.O.C.K.)

The GiveLink platform fills a gap in the donation landscape by enabling donors to easily donate specific items and have them shipped directly. Everything is easy, including saying "thank you" to the donor directly. We love this new fundraising tool!

Our Story

Started by four students to reconnect the world through humanity.

Backed by top impact investors & philanthropists

We started Givelink in Greece, one of the lowest-giving countries in the world by most global rankings. Not trying to build a product. Trying to inspire people to care more.

In just 2 years, Givelink became a mainstream way Greeks support social causes. Our vision became global. Last year we brought it to the US, and we're picking up speed.

Giving isn't a transaction. It's a peak human moment. And it should feel like it.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about running a angel tree program on Givelink

How much does it cost to run an angel tree on Givelink?

Nothing. Givelink is 100% free for nonprofits: no setup fees, no platform fees, no subscription, no minimums, and no contract. We are funded by an optional tip donors can leave at checkout and by supplier-side partnerships.

Do we have to use the name "Angel Tree"?

The Salvation Army and Prison Fellowship both run registered programs called Angel Tree. If you are not affiliated with either, name yours something of your own: giving tree, wishing tree, mitten tree, or adopt-a-family. The program works the same way, and your own name is better for your brand anyway.

When should we open our giving tree?

Open it in the first week of November so it is live before Giving Tuesday, and close claims around the first week of December. That leaves about three weeks for gifts to arrive and be sorted before a mid-December distribution.

How do we protect the children's privacy?

You never need to publish a name. A tag can be a number plus the details a donor needs to buy the right thing: age, size, and the item requested. Nothing on a public tag should identify a child or point to where they live.

What happens to tags nobody claims?

You can see which tags are still open at any point, so you are never surprised on the last day. Most organizations line up a board member or a corporate partner to cover the remainder, and make one final push to their email list in the closing week.

Do donors get a tax-deductible receipt?

Yes, automatically, the moment the gift is delivered. You do not issue anything by hand, and every receipt is visible from your dashboard.

Do we see who claimed each tag?

Yes. You get the donor name, email, and the tag they took. That is the whole difference from a paper tree, where a gift comes back with no way to thank the person who bought it.

Can a business adopt a whole family or branch?

Yes, and it is usually the easiest ask you will make all season. A company can claim any number of tags at once, which is far less work for them than collecting physical gifts from staff and driving them over.

Can we still put up a physical tree?

Yes, and most organizations should. Put a QR code on the tree so anyone who cannot carry a gift back can still claim a tag from their phone. The tree gets you visibility, the link gets you the donor.

Can supporters outside our area take a tag?

Yes. Gifts are bought online and ship to you, so distance stops mattering. Alumni, remote employees, and family members anywhere can adopt a child in your program.
