Trinity Center

Who we are: Trinity Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2012. We serve adults experiencing homelessness or working poverty in Walnut Creek and central Contra Costa County. Our purpose: be the “doorway to opportunity”, offering safety, stability and connection

1000+ Beneficiaries: Count on us to serve people who are homeless or precariously housed, men and women, facing poverty, job-loss, or lack of stable housing. Our focus: those with the greatest vulnerability, usually with no home, no stability, often little access to services.

How we help: Daily Essentials: Meals, showers, laundry, clothing, mail, and a safe place off the street. Case Management: We guide clients to benefits, jobs, and stable housing. Housing Access: We connect people to affordable housing through community partners.
