A life they changed: Ms. Eleni, 78, is living with cancer and mobility challenges. A low-income pensioner, she lives in a basement apartment and has no family. She needs palliative care at home to cope with the difficult battle she is fighting.

The people they show up for: Adults living with chronic and life-threatening illnesses (cancer, cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, etc.) are a vulnerable population and face mobility challenges.

What they do on the ground: We provide free in-home palliative care, supporting those we serve with a doctor, nurse, social worker, physiotherapist, and psychologist, and we also provide personal hygiene items and orthopedic aids through our Social Warehouse.
