NeuroMoms Collective, based in Hillsboro, comforts, equips and connects parents and primary caregivers of infants and children in the NICU and PICU and those navigating pediatric brain injury recovery so no parent faces the hospital alone. The organization delivers comfort care kits with emergency essentials to hospital units, curates an online caregiver resource library, hosts the Lights On podcast and nurtures a peer community, and is active in three hospitals with partner sites that include Ann Arbor, Michigan. A December 22, 2025 kit delivery to C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital prompted a grateful mom on December 26 to say the bag "meant the world" and reminded her to care for herself.
