24th Street Theatre has engaged, educated, and provoked young people and families in Los Angeles with professional theatre and free arts education since 1997 — one of LAUSD's largest arts education partners.

We serve thousands of children across Los Angeles annually through free after-school programs, school residencies, and field trip performances, bringing world-class theatre to underserved communities at no cost to families.

We run free after-school and summer programs for elementary students, bilingual theatre productions, school residencies, and professional development for teachers, all rooted in the belief that live theatre builds empathy, community, and critical thinking

Live theatre is too often only for the wealthy. Your donation helps us keep every program free for kids and families who would otherwise never experience it, and gives children the tools to grow into engaged, empathetic citizens.
