Ms. Eleni, 78, is living with cancer and mobility challenges. A low-income pensioner, she lives in a basement apartment and has no family. She needs palliative care at home to cope with the difficult battle she is fighting.

Adults living with chronic and life-threatening illnesses (cancer, cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, etc.) are a vulnerable population and face mobility challenges.

We provide free in-home palliative care, supporting those we serve with a doctor, nurse, social worker, physiotherapist, and psychologist, and we also provide personal hygiene items and orthopedic aids through our Social Warehouse.

With your help, we can continue to provide the care that the people we serve need. By offering them personal hygiene items, we help them maintain their dignity and improve their quality of life.
