We Lead Ours is an Oakland nonprofit empowering over 1,000 youth and families each year in under-resourced San Francisco Bay Area neighborhoods. Through sports education, leadership training, mentoring and community engagement they turn practice into purpose, equipping young people with the confidence, civic voice and real opportunities to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
