Perpato is a community-driven charity in Komotini that stands beside people with disabilities and their families so they can take part in everyday life with dignity and real opportunity. They pair rights advocacy and accessibility casework with hands-on services like rehabilitation and physiotherapy, assisted swimming, adaptive sports and independent-living training to build confidence and remove barriers. Last year they served about 400 people, delivered 3,500 therapy hours, ran 240 adaptive-sport sessions, resolved 50 accessibility cases and helped 78 percent of participants report greater independence, proving that when rights and real services meet inclusion becomes possible.
