A life they changed: We've watched our young people who once felt disconnected discover purpose through food, culture, and stewardship. One student who struggled with attendance became engaged in school after participating in our programs and connecting with traditional foods.

The people they show up for: We serve Native students, families, and communities who are reclaiming food sovereignty, cultural knowledge, and connection to the land.

What they do on the ground: On a Tuesday afternoon, you might find us delivering healthy foods to schools, Connecting with our buffalo herd, planting or harvesting crops and medicines, distributing food or working alongside community members in the garden. Every day is hands-on.

Why they need help right now: We are at a moment of growth. More schools, families, and communities are asking to participate in our programs than ever before. Additional support will allow us to expand our after school food program and foster care support program
